Lost Hills, CA (August 25, 2026) – A semi-truck and a Chevrolet Silverado collided early on Sunday morning, August 23, on northbound Interstate 5 near Twisselman Road. The crash was reported around 3:12 a.m.
The semi was hauling a tanker while the Chevrolet pickup was loaded with wood. The crash initially blocked all lanes as pallets and wood debris spread across the roadway. The semi later came to rest in the median. The tanker was reported to weigh about 33,000 pounds and had damage involving its left front tire.
A heavy-duty tow was requested, and additional towing services were called to remove the vehicles. All lanes were reported open by about 3:55 a.m. No injuries were confirmed in the available incident information.
