Kansas City, KS (July 21, 2026) – Six children and one adult were injured in a two-vehicle collision on Monday, July 20. The call came in around 1:10 p.m. at North 17th Street and Wood Avenue.
Emergency units took all seven people to nearby hospitals. Their medical conditions ranged from minor to serious. Both drivers remained at the intersection and cooperated with the police. The investigation remains active as investigators gather evidence and witness information.
