Shreveport, LA (January 10, 2026) – Emergency crews responded early on Friday morning to a motor vehicle accident with injuries near Kings Highway, in the vicinity of the Circle K convenience store in Shreveport.
The crash was reported at approximately 6:50 a.m. on January 9. According to dispatch audio, police were already on scene when medical personnel were called in to assist a 71-year-old woman who initially declined medical treatment but later reported chest pain.
Engine 5, Truck 7, and Medic 4 were dispatched to the scene, located near the intersection of Kings Hwy, Sanford Avenue, and William Street. Paramedics provided immediate care to the woman, whose condition required further evaluation and possible hospital transport.
Authorities have not confirmed the number of vehicles involved or the exact circumstances of the crash. The incident remains under investigation.
