Shreveport, LA (January 10, 2026) – Two individuals were transported to the hospital following a single-vehicle rollover crash on Thursday afternoon in Shreveport. The incident occurred on January 8, near Youree Dr, when a vehicle rolled over onto its side into a ditch.
According to paramedic reports, a 54-year-old woman and an 18-year-old man were both injured in the crash. The female patient reported back pain but showed no visible signs of trauma. The male patient sustained pain in his shoulder and right knee, along with a minor leg laceration. Both individuals remained conscious and alert, with stable vital signs at the time of transport.
Emergency responders established IV access for both patients and transported them to Willis-Knighton Pierremont Hospital for further evaluation. The vehicle involved did not suffer roof intrusion, suggesting the rollover was relatively contained within the ditch.
The exact cause of the crash remains under investigation, and no other vehicles were reported to be involved.
We send our best wishes to both patients and hope for a swift and full recovery.
