Springfield, MO (January 8, 2026) – A traffic crash involving at least two vehicles, one of which may have rolled over, caused injuries and significant disruption Wednesday morning near the intersection of Glenstone Ave and E Meadowmere St. Emergency crews were dispatched to the scene around 11:10 a.m. following reports of a possible rollover and at least one person requesting medical assistance.
Initial information from dispatch indicated confusion at the scene, with the extent of injuries unclear at the time of response. Paramedics arrived shortly after the call to assist those involved. At least one individual was evaluated for injuries, though the number of patients and severity of their conditions has not yet been confirmed.
Two vehicles involved in the crash were reported as undrivable, and at least one northbound lane of Glenstone Ave was blocked while authorities responded. Police remained on-site to assess the situation, clear the roadway, and begin an investigation into the cause of the crash.
