Springfield Twp, PA (January 19, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a rollover crash involving entrapment on January 19 along the 7500 block of Hill Rd in Springfield Township, York County. The incident was dispatched at approximately 8:44 a.m. under Box 63-22 and involved reports of at least one person trapped inside a vehicle.
According to radio traffic, the crash occurred near the intersection of Myers Lane and Dunkard Valley Rd. Fire crews from Station 60, along with Engine 18-2 and other responding units, arrived to find a vehicle on its side with a conscious occupant still inside. The individual required extrication, and emergency personnel worked quickly to access and safely remove the trapped party.
The extent of injuries has not been officially confirmed, but the severity of the crash prompted a full rescue response. Medical crews were on site to provide evaluation and treatment as needed.
