Stockton, CA (January 25, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a serious traffic collision early Saturday morning that left multiple people injured in Stockton. The incident occurred at approximately 1:10 a.m. on January 24 along S El Dorado St, between E First St and E Second St, and involved a multi-occupant vehicle crash requiring extensive medical transport.
According to dispatch audio, several emergency units arrived on scene and assessed three injured individuals. The driver was transported to County Hospital by Medic 31, while the front passenger was taken by Medic 29 to the same facility. The rear passenger was transported separately to St. Joseph’s Medical Center by Medic 73.
Though the exact number of vehicles involved has not been confirmed, the extent of the emergency response indicates a significant crash requiring multiple medical teams. The injuries sustained ranged in severity, and at least one patient required treatment at a trauma-capable facility.
Law enforcement units were also dispatched to secure the area and assist with scene control as first responders provided aid. Cross streets near the crash site were temporarily impacted during the rescue and transport operations.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation. Officials have not yet released the identities of those involved as they continue to notify family members.
