Robinson, TX (September 11, 2026) – A Robinson Independent School District student was injured on Thursday, September 10, after being struck by a vehicle while riding an electric bicycle in Robinson.
Robinson police officers responded to the intersection of South Old Robinson Road and West Tate at approximately 7:41 a.m. after receiving a report of the crash.
The student suffered minor injuries and received medical treatment at the scene. A guardian later transported the student for further medical evaluation, according to authorities.
The incident also prompted a safety reminder about Texas traffic laws and safe operating practices as e-bikes become increasingly common on public roadways.
