Brea, CA (July 2, 2026) – A collision between a dark Honda SUV and a box truck was reported on Tuesday afternoon, June 30, on southbound SR-57 just north of Yorba Linda Blvd. The crash was first logged at approximately 3:12 p.m.
The Honda ended up on its side in the HOV lane, blocking traffic. A sig-alert was issued, with the HOV and number-one lanes reported closed for an estimated 30 minutes.
A tow truck was called to the scene to remove the overturned Honda. Emergency units were also dispatched to assist. No injury information was confirmed in the initial report on the wreck. Further details about the accident have not been made public as of this report.
