What Is Reviewed After an E-Bike and Vehicle Crash?
Crashes involving e-bikes and larger vehicles require investigators to examine how each person entered the intersection and whether visibility affected the incident. Because e-bikes are smaller than passenger vehicles, their position on the roadway and surrounding traffic conditions can be key factors.
Investigators may review vehicle damage, roadway markings, and statements from people who saw the crash. They may also examine traffic patterns, signs, and intersection design to understand how the collision happened. These details help create a clearer timeline of events and identify the circumstances surrounding the crash.
