Waldorf, MD (August 14, 2026) – Two people were injured on Thursday afternoon, August 13, in a two-vehicle collision at Old Washington Road and Leonardtown Road. The crash was reported at approximately 4:50 p.m.
Initial information indicated that one of the vehicles was T-boned. A white GMC was involved, though the report did not identify the other vehicle.
One driver was trapped in the seat after the collision. Crews freed the occupant shortly after 5:00 p.m., and the patient was evaluated before being taken to UM Charles Regional Medical Center.
A second patient was also taken to the same hospital. One person reported head and neck pain, and both patients had non-life-threatening injuries. The cause of the crash remains under review.
