Louisville, KY (August 16, 2026) – A vehicle-pedestrian crash near Seneca High School on Goldsmith Lane left a teenage girl hospitalized on Friday morning, August 14. Officials said the Jefferson County Public Schools student was walking through a crosswalk when she was struck.
Emergency units responded to the scene, and the teen was taken to a hospital with injuries believed to be minor. The driver remained at the scene following the collision. The school district said the student’s health and safety were its primary concern as officials continued gathering information.
