Toledo, OH (January 12, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a crash with reported injuries Saturday afternoon near the intersection of Lewis Avenue and West Sylvania Avenue in Toledo.

The incident occurred around 12:07 p.m. and involved multiple vehicles. Police were already on scene when fire and EMS units arrived to assist with emergency operations.
