Toledo, OH (January 14, 2026) – A two-vehicle collision near Lewis Ave and West Alexis Rd in Toledo resulted in reported injuries on Monday morning, according to dispatch audio.

The crash occurred around 11:03 a.m. on January 12 in front of a Burger King restaurant. The vehicles involved were described as an orange Dodge Journey and a gray Ford Escape. Emergency crews, including police and medics, were dispatched to the scene to assist the injured and manage traffic in the area.
