Morristown, TN (August 26, 2026) – Two people were flown to the hospital and several others were injured on Monday afternoon, August 24, after a T-bone crash on U.S. 25E near Alex Hall Road in Hamblen County. Emergency crews responded at approximately 5:48 p.m.
The Morristown Rescue Squad said the collision required an extensive emergency response. Two injured people were airlifted to hospitals, while other patients were taken by ambulance.
All four lanes of U.S. 25E were closed for about an hour and a half while responders treated patients and cleared the scene. The crash remains under review.
