Edwardsville, KS (August 11, 2026) – Two people were hospitalized with possible serious injuries Sunday, August 9, after a vehicle struck the rear of an RV trailer on southbound I-435 at Metropolitan Avenue, according to the Edwardsville Police Department. Firefighters extricated both occupants from the vehicle.
Both were taken to a local hospital. The Kansas Highway Patrol is investigating.
