Walford, IA (August 6, 2026) – Two drivers were hurt in a traffic collision on Hwy 151 in Walford on Wednesday, August 5. The crash occurred in front of the Depot Express.
According to the Linn County Sheriff’s Office, an SUV traveling east attempted a left turn and failed to yield. A car then struck the SUV, leaving the front of the car with significant damage.
Both drivers received non-life-threatening injuries. They were also issued traffic citations following the accident. The circumstances surrounding the collision remain under review as the case moves forward.
