Fontana, CA (July 14, 2026) – A multi-vehicle collision involving four vehicles was reported on July 12 on the westbound I-10 just west of the Sierra Avenue on-ramp in Fontana.
Initial dispatch information indicated the vehicles came to rest along the right-hand shoulder after the collision, though one damaged vehicle remained blocking the slow lane for a short time. The crash involved a gray GMC Denali, a Mercedes sedan, and two other vehicles. Emergency units were sent to the freeway after the call was upgraded to indicate injuries, and towing services were later requested to remove the damaged vehicles.
The extent of the injuries has not been released, and the identities of those involved have not been made public. Traffic was affected while crews worked to clear the damaged vehicles from the roadway.
