Van Nuys, CA (January 25, 2026) – Emergency crews responded Saturday afternoon to a vehicle crash with reported injuries in the heart of Van Nuys. The incident took place around 4:16 p.m. near 14911 Vanowen St, prompting a rapid response from local fire and rescue teams.
Emergency responders from Los Angeles Fire Department were quick to arrive on scene. First responders, including paramedics, treated multiple individuals suffering from injuries caused by the crash. A variety of injuries were reported, and at least one person was transported to a nearby medical facility for further care.
Initial reports suggest the crash involved more than one vehicle and occurred on a busy stretch of Vanowen St, where both residential and commercial traffic are common. Traffic in the area was temporarily disrupted as authorities secured the scene and worked to remove damaged vehicles.
