Why Helmet Use Matters for E-Motorcycle Riders
Riding an e-motorcycle offers many of the same risks as operating a traditional motorcycle, especially when traveling on busy city streets. Wearing a properly fitted helmet can significantly reduce the risk of serious head injuries during a collision and is one of the most effective safety measures available to riders.
Other factors that are usually reviewed after this type of roadway collision include vehicle speed, lane positioning, visibility, traffic signals, and whether either driver was turning or changing direction. Witness statements, roadway evidence, and any available surveillance or dashboard camera footage may also help provide a clearer picture of what occurred. As additional information becomes available, it may offer a more complete understanding of the circumstances surrounding the roadway collision.
