Williams Twp., PA (August 12, 2026) – One man died, and another person was injured on Monday, August 10, in a collision involving a motorcycle and a car in the 200 block of South Delaware Drive. The crash occurred at approximately 7:00 p.m.
A 48-year-old Phillipsburg man was riding south when the motorcycle lost control, and he was thrown from it. The motorcycle then slid into the northbound lane, where it was struck by an approaching vehicle.
Both vehicles caught fire after the impact. The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other driver was taken to a local hospital with suspected injuries.
South Delaware Drive was closed while crews cleared the roadway. Investigators continue reviewing the accident.
