Harrisburg, PA (August 16, 2026) – A woman died after being struck by a vehicle in a chain-reaction crash on Derry Street in Harrisburg.
The woman was hit around 10:30 a.m. on Friday in the 2300 block of Derry Street. A moving car first struck a stationary vehicle, sending that vehicle into the woman.
The woman was critically injured and taken to a nearby hospital, where she later died. The initial report did not release her identity or provide additional details about the drivers involved.
