Harris County, TX (July 7, 2026) – A man was killed on Tuesday morning, July 7, after a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of TC Jester and Sablechase in northwest Harris County.
The fatal crash happened at about 4 a.m. when a red Toyota traveling north on TC Jester allegedly went through a red light and struck a white Toyota RAV4. Emergency units arrived and found the RAV4 driver dead at the scene.
The person who died was described as a Hispanic man in his 50s who lived nearby and was leaving for work when the collision occurred. His identity had not been publicly released at the time of this report.
The driver of the red Toyota was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
Investigators are continuing to examine the circumstances surrounding the collision, and additional information may be released as the case progresses.
