Berea, KY (September 3, 2026) – A 33-year-old worker died on Wednesday morning, September 2, at a manufacturing plant in Berea. Emergency units were called to the Astemo Americas plant shortly before 7:45 a.m. after a machine-related occurrence involving the worker.
The Madison County Coroner’s Office identified the person as Bradley Clouse of Richmond. Clouse was pronounced dead after the machine-related occurrence, according to the initial report.
