Las Vegas, NV (August 23, 2026) – A business fire shut down traffic in the southeast valley on Friday night, August 21. The fire occurred at Moon Valley Nursery on Eastern Ave, near the 215 Southern Beltway.
Emergency units found smoke coming from the roof of the building shortly after 9 p.m. They searched the building to make sure no one was inside. The fire was later extinguished.
No civilians required treatment or transportation because of the fire, but one firefighter was taken for a non-life-threatening injury. The cause of the fire remains under investigation, with additional details expected as the inquiry continues.
