Franklin, MA (August 12, 2026) – A two-car crash on I-495 southbound near mile marker 43 injured one person Tuesday evening, August 11.

The wreck happened around 5 p.m. and shut down the southbound highway for several hours. The injured person was taken to an area hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
