Odessa, TX (August 19, 2026) – A school crossing guard was injured on August 18 after being struck by a Chevrolet Silverado pulling a trailer at 22nd St. and Santa Rosa in Odessa. The accident happened at about 7:44 a.m.
The Silverado was traveling eastbound on 22nd St when it hit the crossing guard, who was walking northbound on Santa Rosa. The victim was taken to MCH with non-life-threatening injuries.
