El Paso, TX (August 19, 2026) – A Sun Metro bus was involved in a collision at the intersection of Marshall and Railroad Dr in Northeast El Paso early on Tuesday morning, August 18.
The accident happened shortly after 7:30 a.m. One person was taken to a hospital with minor injuries. It remains unclear whether anyone else was involved.
Emergency units were called to the intersection as the circumstances surrounding the wreck were being reviewed. Sun Metro said it is cooperating with the investigation and plans to conduct an internal review as part of its standard procedure. The investigation into what led to the accident is still underway.
