Sacramento, CA (June 24, 2026) – One person was injured in a two-vehicle traffic accident reported on Tuesday afternoon, June 23, at the intersection of Madison Ave and Jackson St in Sacramento.
According to initial dispatch information, the crash involved a gray Nissan Rogue and a red Dodge Stratus. The two vehicles collided near the intersection shortly after 1 p.m. Emergency units arrived at the roadway and assisted those involved.
Reports indicated that one lane was blocked while crews worked to clear the vehicles. The roadway was expected to reopen shortly after responders completed their work. The identity of the injured person and the extent of their injuries were not immediately released. The cause of the collision remains under review as investigators continue gathering information.
