Bridgeport, CT (May 31, 2026) – A two-vehicle wreck occurred early on Sunday, May 31, at the 800 block of Connecticut Avenue around 1:40 a.m. One vehicle flipped over after both vehicles were involved in the wreck. Emergency units arrived and found a driver trapped inside the overturned vehicle.
The driver was extricated by emergency units and taken to Bridgeport Hospital in critical but stable condition. No further details about other occupants were released at the time.
