Lenox Township, MI (September 1, 2026) – Ten people were injured, one critically, on Monday afternoon, August 31, in a four-vehicle collision on Gratiot Avenue near 30 Mile Road in Lenox Township. It happened around 12:40 p.m. Gratiot Avenue is a major state highway that runs through much of Macomb County.
Deputies responded to the scene, and all ten people involved were transported to area hospitals for treatment, according to authorities. A specialized crash reconstruction team has been activated to assist with the investigation. The roadway remains closed as the investigation continues.
