St. Louis, MO (September 10, 2026) – Two drivers died following a two-vehicle wreck on Wednesday afternoon, September 9, at S Lindbergh Blvd and Denny Rd. The vehicles were a 2026 Kawasaki Z5000 traveling southbound and a 2024 Lincoln Aviator traveling northbound.

The circumstances surrounding the fatal collision remain under investigation, with additional findings expected as the review continues.
Our deepest sympathies are with the families and loved ones grieving these losses.
What Is Reviewed After a Fatal Two-Vehicle Collision?
Investigators reviewing a fatal two-vehicle collision typically examine vehicle positions, travel directions, roadway markings, and damage patterns. These details can help establish how each vehicle moved before the vehicles made contact.
Driver statements and accounts from witnesses may also provide information about turning movements, traffic conditions, and other actions before the collision. Investigators can compare those accounts with physical evidence from the vehicles and roadway.
Vehicle damage can show which portions of each vehicle made contact and may help establish the sequence of movement. Photos, measurements, and available video recordings can provide additional information.
Safety equipment may also be documented during the review. Records involving the vehicles and drivers can help provide a fuller picture of what occurred.
