Phoenix, AZ (September 12, 2026) – Two bicyclists were seriously hurt and in critical condition on Thursday afternoon, September 10, after they were struck by a car near 22nd Avenue and Dunlap Avenue. The crash happened around 1:15 p.m. in north Phoenix.
Firefighters found three people requesting medical evaluations when they arrived. A man and a woman were taken to a hospital in critical condition, while a third person declined transportation after being evaluated. Police said the two bicyclists were riding in the area when they were hit by a car. The circumstances surrounding the collision remain under investigation by the Phoenix Police Department.
