Long Beach, CA (July 22, 2026) – A traffic crash involving three vehicles was reported on Tuesday morning, July 21, on the southbound transition from I-710 to I-405 in Long Beach. According to dispatch information, the wreck was first reported shortly after 8:10 a.m. and blocked the transition roadway.
Initial reports indicated a gray Honda Civic, a parked service truck, and a semi-truck were involved. Updated information later noted that as many as four vehicles may have been part of the collision, although that detail had not been confirmed. Emergency units were sent to the roadway, and the blocked lanes created traffic disruptions during the morning commute.
At least two people were reported hurt in the crash.
