The 19-year-old male driver was traveling northbound when his 2026 Honda four-wheeler was turning right. An unknown vehicle then struck the Honda. The report states that the four-wheeler had extensive damage and was later towed.
The driver suffered moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Freeman West Hospital. A female occupant in the Honda also was hurt and taken to Freeman Neosho with minor injuries.
