Orange County, FL (July 1, 2026) – Traffic slowed on Monday evening after a four-vehicle incident on the northbound lanes of Florida’s Turnpike north of State Route 408 near Winter Garden and Ocoee.
The roadway disruption was reported at about 7:35 p.m. and involved a semi-truck, a Tesla, a motorcycle, and an SUV. According to initial information, the injured were assessed at the scene, and no one was transported by ambulance.
Traffic camera footage showed the SUV heavily damaged behind the semi-truck, which crossed through the median. Three northbound lanes were closed while crews worked to clear the roadway and restore traffic flow.
The cause of the collision is still being examined as more information becomes available.
