Washington County, WI (June 21, 2026) – Seven people, including children, were hospitalized after a fatal two-vehicle crash in the town of Addison in Washington County.
The collision occurred at about 7:45 p.m. on Friday, June 19, at the intersection of Addison Road and County Highway K. Emergency units responded after an SUV reportedly failed to stop at a stop sign and struck a minivan. Authorities said the minivan was carrying two adults and three children. All five occupants sustained non-life-threatening injuries in the crash.
The SUV contained two adults from West Bend. Investigators reported that the driver was ejected during the collision and suffered significant leg injuries, while the passenger sustained non-life-threatening injuries. All seven people involved were transported to nearby hospitals for treatment.
