KI Sawyer, MI (August 15, 2026) – A 76-year-old Marquette man died after his motorcycle collided with a passenger car on Thursday afternoon, August 13, in KI Sawyer. The crash happened near 5th Street and Avenue B at approximately 4:24 p.m.
Marquette County first responders were dispatched to the area after receiving reports of the collision. The motorcyclist was taken to UP Health System – Marquette, where he later died from his injuries. Officials have not released the man’s name while the investigation continues and family notification is completed.
