Milwaukee, WI (July 21, 2026) – An evening collision claimed the life of an 84-year-old bicyclist at the intersection of East Kilbourn Avenue and North Jackson Street near Cathedral Square Park at approximately 8:35 p.m. on Sunday, July 19.
Investigators said the bicyclist was traveling east on Kilbourn Avenue when the crash occurred as the charter bus was making a right turn onto North Jackson Street. The bicyclist suffered life-threatening injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The bus driver remained at the location and cooperated with the investigation. Officials continue to look into the crash and will provide more information once it becomes available.
