West Manchester Twp, PA (January 10, 2026) – Emergency crews responded early on Friday morning to a motor vehicle accident with injuries at the intersection of Hokes Mill Rd and West College Ave in West Manchester Township. The incident was dispatched under Box 50-59 and occurred shortly after 5:00 a.m.
According to first responders, at least one person sustained a head injury and was reported to be conscious at the scene. Units from Fire Station 505, Rescue 50, EMS Station 5-1, and MICU 5-11 were among those dispatched to assist.
Crews worked quickly to evaluate the injured individual and secure the scene. The collision occurred near cross streets 23M and involved a Class 1 injury response, indicating a potentially serious medical situation requiring immediate care.
