Shreveport, LA (January 10, 2026) – Emergency crews responded on Friday evening to a traffic collision with reported injuries in the Caddo Heights–South Highlands area of Shreveport. The crash occurred around 8:05 p.m. at the intersection of Oakdale St and Clanton St.
According to initial reports, at least one person was injured in the collision. Paramedics arrived on scene to evaluate and treat those involved, though the extent of the injuries has not been released. The number of vehicles involved has also not been confirmed at this time.
Authorities temporarily restricted traffic in the area while emergency personnel secured the scene and began an investigation into the cause of the crash. Contributing factors such as speed, visibility, or failure to yield are expected to be reviewed.
