Indianapolis, IN (January 10, 2026) – Emergency crews responded Friday afternoon to a multi-vehicle hit-and-run crash that resulted in injuries near North Tuxedo Street in Indianapolis.
The incident was reported around 3:50 p.m. and involved a maroon four-door vehicle that was struck by a white car. According to dispatch, the white vehicle fled the scene after causing the crash, which in turn led the maroon vehicle to collide with additional cars in the area.
EMS units were dispatched promptly and arrived to provide care to the injured. The total number of victims has not yet been released, but several individuals were believed to be affected by the chain-reaction collision.
Investigators are working to identify the driver of the white vehicle that left the scene.
Authorities urge anyone with information about the hit-and-run vehicle to come forward.
