Portland, OR (January 10, 2026) – A multi-vehicle crash with several reported injuries occurred on Thursday morning near the intersection of Northeast Sandy Boulevard and Northeast 105th Avenue in Portland. Emergency responders, including Squad 12 and Medic 314, were dispatched to the scene around 9:24 a.m.
According to initial reports, at least four individuals were injured in the crash, and a second ambulance was requested to assist. There were also indications that one of the involved vehicles may have been a van, though it is unclear if any occupants were trapped.
First responders provided medical assistance at the scene and began triage efforts for the injured. Due to the scale of the incident, traffic in the area was significantly impacted as crews worked to manage the scene and transport patients for further care.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation, and authorities have not yet confirmed whether speed, vehicle malfunction, or other factors contributed to the incident.
