Indianapolis, IN (January 11, 2026) – Emergency responders were dispatched to a two-vehicle collision with injuries on Friday afternoon near downtown Indianapolis. The crash occurred around 12:29 p.m. on January 10 at the intersection of North Meridian St and East 11th St.

Upon arrival, Squad 7 established “Meridian Street Command” and began assessing the scene. Medical personnel from Medic North evaluated the occupants and confirmed that one individual required transport for injuries sustained in the crash. The extent of those injuries has not been released, but other responding units were cleared shortly after, indicating that no additional transports were necessary.
