Brevard County, FL (January 12, 2026) – A devastating crash in Brevard County claimed the lives of two motorcyclists on Sunday evening. The fatal incident occurred near the intersection of Micco Rd and Babcock St and is currently under investigation by the Florida Highway Patrol.
According to troopers, a 24-year-old man and a 19-year-old man were traveling at high speed when they attempted to make a turn and collided with another vehicle. The force of the impact sent both motorcycles off the roadway, where they ignited and caught fire. Both riders were ejected into a nearby ditch and were pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver and passenger of the other vehicle involved remained on site and sustained only minor injuries, officials confirmed. Their identities and the make and model of the vehicle have not been released.
