Waterbury, CT (January 12, 2026) – A two-vehicle crash involving a black car and a silver pickup truck resulted in at least one person injured on Sunday afternoon on West Main St near the intersection of Watertown Ave and Wilson St.
The incident occurred around 2:43 p.m., according to dispatch reports. Emergency responders were called to the scene, where one individual was reported injured but conscious. Medical teams evaluated the patient on-site, and further treatment was coordinated as needed.
Additionally, responders noted a possible fluid leak from one of the involved vehicles. Crews remained at the scene to address the hazard and manage traffic while cleanup efforts were underway.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the cause of the crash.
