Plano, TX (January 12, 2026) – Authorities in Plano are investigating a hit-and-run collision that resulted in injuries near Legacy Dr, involving two vehicles, including a black Lincoln and a white GMC Yukon XL.
The incident occurred around 2:46 p.m. in the area of Legacy Dr, where the driver of the Lincoln reported being struck by the Yukon, which then reportedly fled the scene. Emergency units responded to assist with the situation and provided medical attention to the injured party at the scene. The nature and extent of the injuries have not yet been publicly disclosed.
Law enforcement is continuing its search for the suspect vehicle, which was last seen leaving the area. Investigators have obtained identifying information, including a license plate number, though it remains withheld at this time as part of the ongoing investigation.
