Shreveport, LA (January 12, 2026) – Two women were injured following a T-bone collision reported on January 11 near Greenwood Rd in Shreveport. Paramedics transported both patients to a local medical facility after the airbags deployed and the vehicle sustained moderate front-end damage.
The driver, a 35-year-old female, was alert and ambulatory at the scene but complained of chest pain, likely related to the force of airbag deployment. Her vital signs included a blood pressure of 180/120 and a pulse of 106. Medics evaluated her and monitored her condition during transport.
The second patient, a female passenger, reported pain in her right knee. No visible deformities were noted, and she also remained ambulatory. Her vitals were stable, with a blood pressure of 170/100 and oxygen saturation at 100% on room air. Both individuals had a Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score of 15, indicating full consciousness.
Responders indicated that the crash caused moderate damage but did not confirm the involvement of additional vehicles beyond the one occupied by the two women.
We send our well wishes to both patients and hope for a full and quick recovery.
