Nashville, TN (January 13, 2026) – Emergency responders from Nashville Fire and Rescue rushed to the scene of a crash involving injuries early Tuesday morning along the 400 block of N 1st St near the East Bank area.
The collision occurred at approximately 7:33 a.m., drawing a swift response from paramedics and law enforcement. First responders, including EMS personnel, provided immediate medical care to individuals suffering from a variety of injuries. At least one person was transported to a local hospital for further evaluation and treatment.
Initial reports indicate that multiple vehicles were involved in the incident. Authorities temporarily closed part of N 1st St to facilitate emergency operations and to ensure public safety in the busy morning hours.
Investigators are still working to determine the cause of the crash and whether contributing factors such as driver inattention or traffic flow disruptions played a role.
