Oklahoma City, OK (January 13, 2026) – Fire and rescue crews responded to a traffic accident involving injuries late Monday afternoon in north Oklahoma City. The crash occurred around 5:41 p.m. at the intersection of NW 138th St and N Pennsylvania Ave, a busy area surrounded by residential neighborhoods and local businesses.
Units from Engine 15 and Rescue Ladder 15 were dispatched to the scene, where they provided emergency aid to those hurt in the collision. While the number of individuals involved has not yet been confirmed, at least one person reportedly sustained injuries and received medical attention on site.
Traffic through the intersection was affected as responders worked to assist the injured and clear the damaged vehicles. Police officers on the scene began a preliminary investigation, though no cause has been released at this time.
As emergency teams completed their work, normal traffic flow resumed later in the evening.
